Company Criteria

  • Valuation exceeds $10 million

  • Revenues up to $1 billion

  • Commercially Viable

  • Proven Management

  • Proven Intellectual Property​

Capital Market Transactions

  • Equity: $5 million – $250 million

  • Debt: $5 million - $500 million
