Biography
Scott Harrington joined Boustead in 2017. Before joining Boustead Mr. Harrington served as Senior Vice President –Sales and Client Services at M.C. (Mitsubishi Corp) Asset Management Americas. His responsibilities included coverage of some of the firm's largest institutional investors in North America. He joined MCAMA from Aladdin Capital Management where he was a partner.
During Mr. Harrington's decade long tenure at Aladdin he served as director of North America Sales and Client Service. During this period, Aladdin's assets under management grew from $1.6B to a high of $22B. In his role Mr. Harington also designed and seeded two commercially successful investment products. During his thirty-year career, Mr. Harrington has been involved in fundraising for a vast array of traditional and complex alternative investment strategies, including US equities and core fixed income, private debt, high yield bonds, senior secured bank loans, asset-backed securities, credit hedge funds, structured credit, infrastructure debt, energy, options and maritime real assets.
Mr. Harrington obtained his undergraduate degree from Hampden-Sydney College and his MBA from Western Carolina University.
Mr. Harrington holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
